Brad Schroeder understands gaming law in Iowa and the nuances of the state’s gaming industry. He sat on the Iowa Lottery board for four years and worked on several cases involving racing and gaming licenses and other issues.
Jon Garner worked closely with emerging casino companies starting in 2004 when the Iowa Legislature lifted a moratorium to expand gaming in Iowa. He also worked with the Iowa Greyhound Association on a wide range of legal, legislative and operational matters.
